Our company is seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and facilitating successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including online job boards, networking and social media platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate’s skills, qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Facilitate the placement process from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience within recruitment.
• Be highly motivated, self-driven and the ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Work well within a sales environment.
• Be a confident communicator both externally and internally with clients, potential clients, candidates and office team.
• Have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
