Private Client Solicitor
4 PQE+
Devon (multi office locations)
Our client is seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their excellent private client team. This private client team are based across a number of offices across Devon, so can be flexible on your office location. This firm are in growth mode and you'll be joining at a great time.
This private client solicitor will be responsible for managing a broad private client caseload to include wills, LPA's, POA's, trusts, estate administration, probate and Court of Protection. You will be expected to take proactive business development as well as mentoring solicitors and support staff in your team.
You will be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with atleast 5 years' PQE. You will be technically sound and be able to show that you have got experience with business development. You must be able to show supervision of junior members of the team. If you are looking for a step up to leadership, this could be the role for you!
