Job description
We are seeking an inspirational leader to develop our Physical Education and Sport provision at The Spires College. The Head of PE will have a clear vision for how they will create a culture of excellence and will understand that the quality of teaching and learning sits at the heart of this. The successful candidate will be able to generate a sense of belonging and community through sport.
The Head of PE will have the full support of senior leaders at the College as well as the resources required to develop an excellent provision for our students.
Candidates will be capable, confident and absolutely dedicated to providing brilliant opportunities for all young people in our school community. Above all else, they must be excellent teachers and understand what makes high quality teaching and learning. A sense of belonging and strong relationships are essential if we are to diminish the impact of disadvantage on education and this post will be instrumental in creating these for our students.
