We are excited to have a newly created opportunity for a Talent & Development Business Partner to join our new T&D function, which is responsible for supporting the business to drive the future of talent & succession planning and learning & development within the Forth Ports Group.

This is a hybrid role, and can be based from any of our UK ports however travel across our ports will be required.

Please note we are looking for individuals with a strong L&D / Talent Development background and this role does not sit within Talent Acquisition.

About The Role

As the Talent and Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and guiding employee growth and development. It is a really exciting time to join us, with wide scope in the role to support the overall business through talent and succession planning, as well as building development programmes and interventions. You will partner with business leaders to enable and drive our people agenda and will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of people plans that enable business objectives and continuity across our teams.
