Finance Manager – £4 - £42000 per annum – SME business based in Belfast

This is a long-established family business that is looking for a Finance Manager to take control of their finance functions. This is a fast-paced organisation that can boast a wide range of customers across a wide spread of industries. This creates an interesting and rewarding working environment.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the full accounts process, including managing a small team, the payroll and preparation of the management accounts.

• You will provide support to the Senior Management team to provide accurate, timely and informative financial information.
• Production of the performance KPIs and help the business decision process for the organisation.
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical processes, ensuring integrity across the business areas.
• Identifying and proactively highlighting risks and resolving these where possible
• Reviewing key business plans to ensure financial rigour regarding investment decisions.
• Ensuring the organisation is fully aligned and compliant with financial control principles and processes

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced finance professional with experience of managing a finance function. You will have experience of delivering management accounts and key analysis to support business decisions.
What you\'ll get in return
