Part-time Housekeeper/Cook - 3 days per week
SW6, London
Hours: 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 8 hrs per day
Salary: £20-£25 gross per hour depending on experience
Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Housekeeper/Cook to maintain a couple’s residence in SW6. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various household tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Housekeeping: Perform all housekeeping duties to a high standard, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and tidying up rooms and common areas.
• Handling Deliveries and Contractors: Manage incoming deliveries and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Ocado Shopping: Handle grocery shopping through Ocado, ensuring the household’s pantry and supplies are well-stocked.
• Running Errands: Run errands as required, such as picking up dry cleaning, mail, or other necessities.
• Cooking: Prepare healthy and delicious meals for the couple, focusing on vegan or pescatarian options.
A confident cook with experience in these dietary preferences is preferred.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in housekeeping and cooking, preferably in a private residence or similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards household tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with vegan or pescatarian cooking is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable handling deliveries, running errands, and coordinating with contractors.
