Are you a highly motivated and experienced tailor-made travel specialist with a passion for crafting unforgettable travel experiences? Have you amazed customers with your expertise in long-haul itineraries ? If yes, then I may have an amazing opportunity with our well-established, rapidly growing Travel Business!
This role comes with Benefit's Galore:
- Competitive Salary : Earn a base salary between £23,000 and £30,000 dependent upon experience, plus a generous uncapped commission structure boasting an OTE of over £46,000. All leads are inbound live enquiries via the companies website and if you convert 17% to 20% of these leads you will be able to hit your OTE.

Your Responsibilities:
- Craft Unique Journeys : Show off your expertise by creating bespoke long-haul travel packages, leaving no stone unturned to exceed customer expectations.
- Direct Sales: Dive into customer engagement, handling new enquiries, emails, and incoming calls to foster long and lasting relationships.
- Hit Sales Targets: Show off your amazing communication skills to meet sales targets and foster repeat business.
Requirements Required:
- Experience: Proven track record in long-haul travel sales, ideally with a focus on tailor-made itineraries within a tour operator or travel agency.
- Skills : You will need to be a master of organisation, multitasking, and proficient in travel tech and software systems
- Setup: Do you have a Home office? Check and a reliable internet connection? Double-check.
- Personality: Goal-driven, self-motivated, with a knack for listening, engaging and being professional in all customer interactions.
