Job description

Our client is seeking an aviation solicitor with at least 1 year PQE.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation law, with expertise in regulatory compliance, contracts, insurance, and litigation within the aviation industry. As an Aviation Solicitor, you will provide legal counsel to our clients in the aviation sector, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while managing a variety of legal matters.

Your cases will range from insurance and claims, to regulatory and commercial matters. Our clients vary from, insurers, airlines and airline operators, high net worth individuals, aerospace and defense companies, airports and aerodromes. 

Requirements

• 1+ years UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
  
• Previous experience of handling a high volume of claims from start to finish
  
• Previous litigation experience in a law firm, particularly within Aviation
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills
  
• Previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
