Youn will be joining a vibrant and growing Hospitality Business in the heart of Fulham. You will be joining a dynamic company that provides a space for food and sports enthusiasts to be part of a community. As they grow and expand their operations, you will be joining as a Sole Charge Accountant and playing a pivotal role in the financial management of the company.
Your New Role As the Sole Charge Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our organisation, reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle all aspects of accounting, from Accounts Payable (AP) to Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Management Accounts: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to guide decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with our leadership team to create and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability.
- Process Creation: Develop efficient financial processes that streamline our operations.
- Strategic Support: Act as the right hand to our CEO, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with our valued customers, maintaining positive relationships.
What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, ideally within a sports or leisure environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AP, AR, and financial management software.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and customers.
- Assertiveness: Confidence to push back when necessary, ensuring financial integrity.
