In this role you will ensure all the compliance and health & safety regulations for a brand new site in Coalville run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager you will make sure your colleagues are in a safe and supportive environment as you carry out workplace inspections, conduct risk assessments, accident investigations and more.
The ideal candidate will need to be NEBOSH & IOSH certified and have previous experience in a health and safety background. You will require previous experience working in high-hazard industries and if you have automotive experience that would be advantageous.

The Role: - Ensure compliance and health & safety regulations for a brand new site in Coalville
- Report to the Health & Safety Manager
- Conduct workplace inspections
- Perform risk assessments
- Conduct accident investigations
- Ensure colleagues are in a safe and supportive environment
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations regarding health & safety regulations
The Person: - NEBOSH & IOSH certification required
- Previous experience in a health and safety background
- Experience working in high-hazard industries preferred
- Automotive experience advantageous
- Experience of conducting Health and Safety Audits
- Certified and experienced to undertake Incident Investigations
- Experience in report writing
