We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, this role has responsibility for the Marketing team, building and delivering on strategies and objectives to develop and grow Coopers Fire.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export
- Management of the Marketing Budget
- Identify market opportunities for Coopers Fire and its products
- Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment
- Maintenance and promotion of the Coopers Fire brand
- Digital marketing including Social Media and Automated Email Marketing
- Management of external agencies
- Website content management (Wordpress)
- Creation of content for print and online (images and text)
- Use of CRM and Lead Generation Software
- Analytics reporting to measure campaign success, web traffic and trends
- Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products
- Produce promotional materials
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Marketing Degree
- CIM Membership
- Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Desirable
- Experience in the fire prevention industry
- Understanding of HTML
- Google Analytics

This role is office based in Waterlooville with a requirement to travel internationally where required. This role has 1 direct report
