The client I am representing is part on the NHS within Public Sector and Government. This particular branch provides support services Manchester and the surrounding area, and specialise in Transactional Procurement. They play a key role within the NHS and take pride in their organisation and the level of customer service they provide.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Administrator include, but may not be limited to:
- Reviewing procurement requirements.
- Assessing non-compliant requisitions and communicate with clients.
- Examining documentation including contracts, quotes for processing requisitions.
- Liaising with the Transactional Procurement team to resolve queries.
- Delivering advice and guidance to External stakeholders.
- Supporting external stakeholders.
- Arranging new supplier sets, between suppliers and clients.
The Successful Applicant
The successful a Finance Administrator should possess:
- NHS or Public Sector and Government background desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to reliably commute to Salford.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Can deliver a high standard of Customer Service.
- A team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
- Willingness to register at your nearest Page Personnel Office
- Eligible for a DBS check.
What's on Offer
On offer to the candidate:
- Hourly rate between £10.53-£12.53 per hour.
- 2-month temporary contract with possibility of extension to a year.
