Do you have a degree in quantity surveying and an interest in becoming chartered?

Do you have more than a year of infrastrucutre experience in a quantity surveying role?

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
Location: Kent, ME3. 2 times per week, remainder from home.

Requirements:

• Degree in quantity surveying.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Interest in becoming chartered with RICS or already in the APC process.
• Post contract management experience.
• Main contractor experience beneficial.
• Full UK driving license and car for commuting essential.
• Infrastructure project experience such as rail, substations, energy etc.
• Notice period less than 4 weeks.
• NEC3 contract experience preferred, ideally Option C (target cost).
• Willing and able to attend the office as required.
