Job description
We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf a company that specialise in the installation of landscaping on new build sites covering show areas, show home and standard plot gardens. They have multiple teams. This opportunity is within the Soft Landscaping team.
This is a permanent job paying up to £31,824.00 a year, a Company Van and overtime. You will be entitled to 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, will be enrolled into their company pension scheme, be able to take advantage their company retail discount scheme and will be directly employed on a permanent contract from your first day of employment.
As the Team Leading Landscaper, you will be:
Leading and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
Preparing the ground, turfing, planting, barking and mulching.
Ensuring work is completed to company quality standards, is recorded and reported.
Ensuring that all vehicles and machinery used are in good order and safe to operate.
Making sure that all tools and equipment used are well maintained, clean and serviceable.
To be considered for this Landscaping Team leader job opportunity you will need:
Soft landscaping experience (ground prep, turfing, planting, mulching and barking).
Experience of leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.
A UK Driving Licence.
It would be useful if you had any of the following:
CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card.
Experience of installing landscaping on new build housing developments.
On offer for the successful candidate is:
A salary of up to £31,824 per year plus overtime.
A 45 hour working week.
21 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)
