Sales Development Representative. Lead Generation

The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Salary from £22,000.00 to £25,000.00 per year OTE based on previous experience.

We are looking for people who are confident having real conversations (without a script) either with business contacts or consumers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent and active listener and communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and able to take feedback and implement it.

Your day to day will involve:
• Contact and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
The ideal candidate must have:
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills *(Indispensable)*
• Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Conscientiousness and drive
• Previous telesales/consultancy experience desirable but not essential
• A-levels or above academic qualifications
