Overview
Salary: £8-10/hour
We need experienced Office Administrators/Customer Service Agents ASAP. Various clients in Croydon require additional staff during summer peak times.
On-going bookings with long-term opportunities to go Perm!
You should have:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- A knowledge of IT including Outlook and Microsoft Office
It would be good if you have:
- Office-based experience
- An understanding of taking bookings from trade
- Some knowledge of using formula in Excel
