Job Description
The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Providing legal support for a range of construction projects
- Preparation and negotiation of leases
- Provide legal advice and support to different internal departments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Review and update company policies
- Participate in corporate governance activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer position should have:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Experience of working in a similar property/real estate role
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team
