Your Role:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multifaceted projects from conception through completion for a manufacturing plant. This role will not only involve traditional project management aspects but also be part of a global team that will define the scope, basic design, and all documentation to track and report on the project from initiation to successful completion.
You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. You will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met, conduct regular project status meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders. You will monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. The successful PM will ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and smooth project implementation. You will prepare and present project reports and performance metrics, to senior management.

Travel: <20% travel (Domestic and International)
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Chemistry, Biological Sciences or Engineering with Minimum 5 years of project management experience involving successful management of projects, resources, timelines, budgets, and coordinating between functional groups
Or minimum 10 years of project and program management experience involving successful management of complex global projects, resources, timelines, budgets, and coordinating between functional groups
Effectively collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and project teams to clearly scope and define projects requirements.
Exemplify continuous improvement culture by leading improvement of core processes and tools
Maintain strong relationships with all Cell Culture Organization globally including US, EU, an APAC sites.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support global time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
