You will have all round accountancy experience and will take lead on Income, internal control and ad-hoc projects.This position requires a strategic thinker with an appetite to learn and work in a large, dynamic multi-billion pound sector.

Description
Main responsibilities for the Senior Finance Manager:
- Lead on income (rent and service charges, internal controls and all policies)
- Ensure all financial and system data integrity
- Assist in preparation of annual business plan, company capital and revenue budgets
- Monitor and report on the financial capacity of the business
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance Department and other teams
- Provide financial advice to senior leadership management
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACA) (qualified)
- Proficiency in financial software and applications
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- A proven track record in financial management
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills
