While we work behind the scenes, our partner, focuses on creating inspirational journeys and delivering excellence through learning.
About the Role:
As an Engagement Coach, you'll be joining a dynamic team, where your passion for education and young people will shine. Your primary responsibility will be to increase participation and engagement among young learners enrolled in Alternative Education Courses. We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a nurturing approach, and a can-do attitude. Experience in a SEND setting, particularly with students with ASD, is highly valued, as well as familiarity with restorative practice and PRU environments. Your role will involve mentoring, supporting the needs of learners, and aiding in their retention on the course.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
