Facilities Maintenance Operator
£23,500 (weekly paid role) plus excellent benefits including bonus, pension and many more
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm
Fresh Start Recruitment is currently supporting a Global manufacturing company with the recruitment of a Facilities Maintenance Operator to support their growing team. The successful applicant will have previously worked in this field or have worked in plumbing or joinery. The role is to start asap and they are ideally looking for people who are available on a temp to perm basis.
Principle Objectives

• To support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Maintenance Department
• To help maintain standards of buildings, grounds and fixtures
• Basic Maintenance duties

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• To carry out preventative maintenance procedures as required in accordance with the Company preventative maintenance plan
• To carry out building repairs as required
• Maintain the grounds of the buildings as requested
• Carry out decorating both internally and externally of all sites as required
• Undertake any additional duties as requested
• Undertake driving duties on behalf of the Company

Minimum level of education which the job requires
• Full driving licence
• Good standard of education (GCSE’s or equivalent)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Awareness of, and adherence to, all Company Policies and Procedures
• Experience of working within a general maintenance background including plumbing, joinery/woodwork
