If this sounds like you, please read on!
What You’ll Do:
- Devise & execute a strategy to grow overall audience & engagement on Instagram, Facebook,Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok & YouTube profiles - as well as introducing new platforms. Provide strategic oversight and management for social media campaigns.
- Source and plan out compelling and creative social media content to engage customers and community on various social media platforms whilst ensuring the main marketing campaigns are supported. Ensuring that the posts planned are curated to resonate and inspire alternative communities whilst adhering to brand standards.

- Work with various internal teams (i.e. Merchandising, E-commerce, Legal, Ops, etc.) to ensure campaigns are cohesive and optimised to meet the business goals such as launch promotion, seasonal pushes, specific promos, etc.
- Work with the creative team to suggest strong performing social media content and request specific content to support social media campaigns and the wider business goals.
- Research new developments within the online social field to drive advancements in our social media operations. Be a leader not a follower, suggest trend-based strategies to meet brand KPI’s and grow our platforms.
- Manage the social team, ensuring all members are aligned with the strategy and set up for success.
- Monthly reporting on any Social Media KPI's, team health, growth opportunities and wins/learnings.
- Any other adhoc Social Media duties.

- Social Media Enthusiast: you are the first person to try out a new platform, and you are a master at creating engaging content on those which already exist. You live and breathe social media, constantly grow and engage your audience, and know how to leverage these tools to produce results.
- Versatile: you look toward the broadest possible view of any challenge and have broad-ranging personal and business interests and pursuits.
- Reliable Communicator: you are good about keeping people updated about changes, and your written and verbal communication is clear and concise.
Your Experience Includes:
