Job description
UK Tool Hire Group Ltd currently has a position available as a Powered Access Engineering Apprentice based at our depot, in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. ( DE7 8EW)
We require the right individuals to help service and maintain a fleet of Powered Access Equipment such as Scissor Lifts, Cherry Pickers, Towable's, Trucks and Vans and Low Level whilst working and learning with qualified engineers.
We believe preventative maintenance is the key to the roles success so forward planning is a must in this position.

Qualification & Experience:

Smart and punctual
Good work ethics
Key responsibilities include:
Continuously developing your knowledge whilst completing a Level 2 NVQ
Helping maintain the equipment daily.
Working as part of a team to assure all machines are ready for hire.
Assisting with repairs to any broken or damaged machines
Successful candidates may have the further opportunity to enrol on a Level 3 NVQ Course with IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) whilst also attending Training Courses to assist your development at our In House Training Centre.
Hours are 42.5 hours per week with a 60 minute break each day (dependant on candidates age)
