About the Role:
As a Behavioural Support Assistant , you'll be the guiding force for students with SEMH needs, empowering them towards success. What We Need from You:
If you're passionate about making a difference and have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant , you're the hero we're seeking! Comfort with verbal and physical abuse is essential due to the nature of the role . Confidence in handling behavioural challenges and re-engaging students is paramount . While not mandatory, qualifications in Team Teach and experience with SEMH needs would be advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
