Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in London office)
Salary: £65,000 -£75,000 Per Annum + (Car Allowance and commission)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, cultivating key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while upholding our commitment to service excellence. This position offers a hybrid arrangement, with a need for in-person presence at our London offices for a minimum of two days per week initially.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to surpass predetermined sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, exploring both existing and untapped markets.
- Employ innovative strategies to generate profitable business avenues.
- Lead the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations and tender documents.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Person Specification and Key Competencies:
Education:
- Basic education required; higher qualifications such as HNC/D or degree are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales/business development experience within facilities management industry.
- Strong knowledge within hard and soft services
- Proven track record in crafting high-quality sales documentation and delivering impactful presentations.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including site personnel, suppliers, and clients.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail.
