- Oversee the Accounting & Finance department operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities
- Ensure financial compliance and risk management
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to the firm's financial performance and growth
- Represent the firm at industry events
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ACA
- Proven leadership experience in the Professional Services industry
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- A track record of successful business development
- Particularly interested in those with exposure across the Agriculture client base.
