Associate/ Senior Associate - Corporate - Oxford

Role

• Advising a variety of businesses both in the UK and internationally
• Working with clients who cover a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including technology, life sciences and property
• Guiding clients through the transaction process from initial start to growth and development 
• Play a key role in business development

You

• A minimum of 5+ PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge and experience in Venture Capital and Spin Off work
• Ability to act for a broad range of clients
