Sales Adviser

Stoke on Trent 

Full time, Permanent 

£23,000 per annum plus bonus (OTE £30,000 per annum) 

Tide Partnership is working with a clinic based in the North of England as they expand the Customer Service team due to the growth of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a proven background working within a sales environment meeting KPIs every week. With new areas of business opening, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is aspiring to grow their career within sales and lead a team of Customer Service Executives. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive and motivated by sales with potential earnings of up to £30,000 per year. As well as offering up to 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays. 

Sales Advisor - Job Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary contact for the company at both the head office and clinics, directing complex queries and issues from existing patients to the appropriate regional teams of Patient Advisors and Clinic Managers for resolution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by comprehending customer needs, providing answers to inquiries, and alleviating any concerns they may have.
• Ensure patients receive appointment dates and times that align with their preferences. Record all customer interactions in the relevant CRM and/or Patient Management Systems.
• Execute outbound call campaigns to follow up with patients who have inquired but have not yet booked consultations or treatments.
• Meet or surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality assurance metrics. 

Sales Advisor - Job Criteria 

• Experience in outbound sales 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines being able to demonstrate this at interview.
• Proven experience in meeting KPI's
