Role Overview:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Kettle Crisps brand. Working closely with the Head of Brands and leading a dedicated team, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our brand plans to achieve sustained growth and market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term plan to steer the brand towards success, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Marketing Excellence: Lead all aspects of the marketing mix, from product innovation to communication strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and consumer insights.
- Commercial Performance: Own the commercial performance of the brand portfolio, optimizing sales, profit, and marketing spend.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement within the team, nurturing talent and driving marketing effectiveness.
- Relationship Management: Build strong collaborative relationships across functions and with external partners, ensuring seamless execution and mutual success.
Qualifications
Qualifications
and Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the food & drink industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record in brand management, including successful innovation and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of market research methodologies and brand P&L management.
