Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor Vacancy - Basingstoke!
- £27,000+ Salary Negotiable Depending On Experience
- Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / Saturday Morning Rota 8am - 12pm
- Independent Owned Family-Friendly Bodyshop
- Automotive Customer Service Experience Required
- Bodyshop Background Advantageous, Not Essential
We are seeking a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join our Client’s well-established Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area.

Duties of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor with our Client:
- Greeting customers at reception or on telephone
- Booking in customers for vehicle repairs, then updating customers with progress through the workshop
- Liaising with insurance and accident management companies
- Control of courtesy car diary
- Assisting with driving during busy periods
- Providing excellent customer service
What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience within an Automotive customer facing role
- Full UK Driving Licence Essential
- Be able to demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal communication.
- You will possess IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
- Ideally looking for someone who is well presented and have good attention to detail.
- Core values like honesty, good time keeping and a ‘can do’ attitude are a given.
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
