This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Commercial Disputes Team, specialising in Commercial Litigation, IP and Technology disputes.
Job Details:-
- To delegate to and supervise work done by the Group paralegal / trainee solicitor resource as appropriate.
- To deliver a first-class client experience at all times.
- To support the partners in their work and responsibilities.
- To be responsible under partner-supervision for your own caseload of work and revenue targets. The role will also include working as an effective member of the fee-earner team on larger matters.
- To assist in the Group’s business development activity in a manner to suit your proven strengths.
- To participate and contribute to the group to ensure an effective working environment, supporting Associates, Partners and other fee-earners on more complex matters as appropriate
- Attend the firm’s training programmes and other relevant technical training to ensure that skills and knowledge remain up-to-date
- To attend and contribute to group meetings
Knowledge:-
- You will have proven experience of Commercial Dispute Resolution work, possibly from an in-house perspective IP and/or technology experience preferable.
- Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is essential.
- Able to effectively manage their time to achieve client and internal deadlines.
