For the successful Engineering Team Leader our client is offering:- Up to £65,000 per annum
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights

The role – Engineering Team Leader:- People management including delivery of performance reviews, development, and coaching of the team
- Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line
- Support and drive internal (KPIs) both individually and for your team to meet company objectives
- The motivation of engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and development
- Completion of performance reviews in order to drive improvements
- Completion of adequate shift handovers
What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader:- Must hold recognised Electrical/Mechanical qualifications - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in managing an on-site team within a regulated environment - ESSENTIAL
- Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
- Ability to motivate people to achieve company objectives
