Job Purpose:
Having a key leadership position within our Professional Brands Marketing Team and leading the Communications Team, you will take overall responsibility for leading the development, management and implementation of the communications and media strategy for our professional brands, primarily Dulux Trade, Armstead and Dulux Academy, to the diverse trade customer sector, including Decorators, Contractors and Specifiers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a longer-term communications and media strategy for our professional brands
- Ensure the delivery of annual media and communication plans
- Oversee the creative development and execution of all campaigns
- Be responsible for the creation & implementation of all ‘away from store’ activation including PR
- Create & execute paid & earned campaigns
- Lead, nurture and inspire a small team of direct reports
- Collaborate with agency partners across physical/digital worlds and colleagues to ensure brilliant execution.
- Play a key role as part of Professional Brands Marketing Management Team including facilitation of a highly effective team culture.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally bachelor’s degree in marketing/business.
- Extensive experience of marketing in high performing businesses managing communications campaigns and strategy
- Good knowledge across consumer/professional markets.
- Skilled at nurturing & coaching teams.
- Comfortable working within a matrix organisation structure.
