Role: Chef de Partie

Location: St James, London

Salary / Rate of pay: £30,000 - 34,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning 5 Star Hotel in St James, London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

Package

• £30,000
• Up to £4,000 per year service charge
• 40 Hour contract

What's involved?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie that has worked to a minimum of 4 or 5 Red star and 2 AA Rosette levels.
Your skills will be needed to manage your section cleanly and methodically. You will be supported by a very skilled senior management team and report to the Head Chef and the Executive Head Chef.
