Position: Practice Nurse

Location : Farnborough

Salary: £22 - £25 per hour

Contract type : Permenant

My Client is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their local general practice in Farnborough. This Practice Nurse position has come about due to their current practice nurse leaving so they are looking for a Practice Nurse to start as soon as possible. This Practice Nurse position is a permanent position with the days worked being flexible.

Duties include:

• Wound Care
• immunisations and vaccinations
• Chronic Disease management
• Family Planning
• Smear Tests
• Patient Education
• Clinical Assessment
• record keeping
• Audiometry and vision screening
