Infotel UK is a leading technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver robust software solutions.

Please be aware this is hybrid position, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home however in the first 3 months you are required in the office full time.

At present we do not offer sponsorship for employees or individuals that will require sponsorship in the future. You are required to be security cleared, meaning you need to have been a UK resident for  a minimum of 3 years .

Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, and debugging applications in Java
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshooting and resolving defects in existing applications
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability
• Contributing to technical documentation and sharing knowledge with team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java core concepts and libraries
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
