Job description
Leading a team of engineers, the Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for identification and delivery of improvement projects across 4 manufacturing facilities.
Day to day responsibility will include
- Create and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined and standardised procedures across the manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with various departments including production, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Implementation: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce defects, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
