TPF Recruitment is actively collaborating with our esteemed client in Eastbourne to source a dynamic Senior Auditor ready to take on new challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced auditor to step into a pivotal role overseeing and executing audit work previously managed by partners while providing guidance and support to trainee team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for audit work ensuring a seamless transition from partners
• Oversee and support the development of trainee team members
• Play a crucial role in the audit process throughout the audit season
• Undertake accounts work beyond the traditional audit season

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have relevant previous experience in a practice and will have completed their AAT be studying toward the AAT ACCA or ACA or be qualified by experience.

• Strong experience within an accountancy practice carrying out accounts preparation VAT and tax preparation.
• 24 years practical experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Prior experience of audit would be advantageous but training is on offer.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of 35000 to 45000 reflective of the candidates experience and expertise. As a key contributor throughout the audit season the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the firms success.
