A multi-disciplinary residential developer is looking to recruit an experienced Technical Administrator to support the Technical Director and to provide administrative duties for the Technical Team. The role will be based in their North London office and includes flexible working.
Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Extensive Diary Management
• Liaison with other departments
• NHBC Site registration
• Warranty application processing
• Monitor and progress technical appointments
• Maintaining the schedules to coordinate weekly design meetings.
• Raising requisition forms for purchase orders - manage temporary staff admin monthly.
• Tender distribution
• Staff weekly absence reporting, holidays, sickness, diary maintenance
• Invoice approval processing
• Document control

This would best suit an existing Team Administrator that has worked within the construction industry and supported at least one senior person, preferably a Director, previously. The ideal candidate will have a confident character and be able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
