We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales efforts by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation within the sales department.
Description of the role:
- Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer and product information in the database.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing quotes for potential clients.
- Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the sales team.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
