Job Title: Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (EH15 area)
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: Starting ASAP for 6 weeks
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Duties: - Conduct significant telephone work, including communication with candidates, referees, etc.
- Update systems and trackers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills: - Confidence in talking to candidates and making phone calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
