At the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, a group of passionate and determined people work to design, develop, manufacture and race the cars driven by seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and rising star George Russell.
The Team has set a new benchmark for Formula One success during the sport’s current Hybrid era, winning consecutive Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and the Constructors’ Championship in 2021.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant to join the ERP team at a time of significant and exciting change. We are looking for an innovative and determined individual who will be responsible for all aspects of the full SAP implementation project lifecycle, working closely with key business stakeholders and Change and Business Process Management functions to conduct workshops, gather/document business requirements and truly define the change. Responsibilities will include blueprinting, designing the required solution, configuration of SAP modules, defining and executing testing, end user training and providing post go live support.

Design, develop and deliver best practice business processes, optimising the use of standard SAP wherever possible.
Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions and test plans.
Ensure due consideration to integration between SAP ERP and external systems.
Troubleshoot complex SAP problems and define/develop appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders, change/business process functions and end users.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment preferably with exposure to standard aerospace processes and procedures.
Strong batch management and serialisation experience
Code de-bugging, Core workflow, LSMW/LTMC, Archiving.
FI/MM/QM functionality and configuration.
S4/HANA implementation experience.
Test Automation.
