My client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team in Bromley, Kent. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in their IT Department, supporting a diverse user base of over 3000 individuals. Your mission is to ensure that everything runs seamlessly, making a significant impact onthe organisation's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: You'll be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, and your ability to provide courteous and efficient support will be instrumental. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Logging and handling incoming support requests.
- Prioritising and scheduling support issues.
- Documenting the problem-solving process.
- Building strong rapport with customers.
- Utilising diagnostic tools and knowledge bases.
- Performing user profile management and hardware configuration.
- Supporting and resolving issues related to Windows, MS365, Intune, MDM, and more.
What They Offer: - Competitive salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on experience).
- Full-time role with a Monday-to-Friday schedule at the Bromley Head Office.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
