Job Title: Junior Financial Adviser
Location: Aylesbury (Office-based with client visits)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our expanding financial advisory firm is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Junior Financial Adviser to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to work closely with our advisory team, learning the business, and eventually providing services to a growing number of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the advisory team to develop existing clients, referrals, and acquisitions.
• Provide proactive financial advice to clients and actively seek opportunities for business growth.
• Take on lower-end clients from directors and build a client base over time.
• Be a key player in the expansion of our business, including acquiring AUM from OMBs
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• A hunger for success and a proactive approach to client interactions.
• Open to candidates at all levels, including junior and fresh talent.
• Willingness to work from our Aylesbury office with regular client meetings and visits.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, buying into the long-term vision of the company.
• Consideration for candidates with a Paraplanning background stepping up into advisory roles, provided you are qualified.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
