Job description
Store Manager for a BRAND NEW STORE!
Location: Porthmadog, Wales
Hours: Full Time 38.75 hours to include Saturday working (Closed on Sunday's)
Starting salary: 27,000,Extra day off on your birthday,Discounted hearing and eyecare benefits,Enhanced sick pay,Enhanced pay for family leave (Maternity/ Paternity etc),WeCare employee support services.
Experience level: Previous optical Experience would be preferred but not essential, must have a minimum of two years store management experience.

With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - youll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
