Job description
Hire Resolve is looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand clients' needs and provide them with customized solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met
- Monitor client satisfaction and take action to resolve any issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Client Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
- Managing a portfolio of clients £100k - £300k in fee value
- Conducting a final review and sign off, on compliance work like statutory accounts, personal tax returns, corporation tax returns etc
- Involved in the development of the Team-Leaders & Senior Accountants
- Involved in routine Head of Department meetings, to contribute to the firm processes, controls and innovation
- Report to Client Partners and Directors and support them on various consultancy projects
- Expectation to have a moderate outward facing presence i.e. attending networking events, client entertainment and other ‘out of hours activities’ to boost the reputation and exposure of the firm
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
