Job description
An exciting growth trajectory within this stellar US law firm’s London team has created an opportunity for Banking and Finance Associates keen for an exciting move. The work will be largely borrower side work focussing on cross-border loan and leveraged financings, structuring transactions and advising / negotiating through to completion. Candidates will be considered from junior to senior level and must have experience of banking and finance transactions gained within an established national or global practice. Commonwealth (Australia/NZ qualified) banking lawyers based in London or imminently arriving are very welcome to apply. Whilst the firm is happy to provide extensive training and development, it would be expected that mid level or senior candidates will already specialise in leveraged finance though more junior candidates, keen to specialise, may come from general banking and finance teams. The team is fast growing and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key and strategic role in the firm’s success. Work will flow from the US and London , stand alone and from a highly successful PE team. The successful candidates will enjoy mentoring and guidance from hands on and highly engaging and supportive partners and a wider firm culture of collaboration, support and sense of fun.
