Job description

2nd Line Technical Support Engineer needed for a cutting-edge fire tech manufacturer.

As a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, your main responsibility will be to assist and resolve escalated technical issues. 

To succeed within this position, you must have experience within the Fire Sector. Ideally, you will have experience in a 1st/2nd line support position, dealing with wireless or alarm signalling products. You must be technically strong/focused with exceptional customer experience skills. This position would suit someone looking to take a step up in their career and be heavily involved with product development as well as technical support. 

This is an office-based position with standard Mon-Fri working hours.
