Job description
A local authority based in South London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to handle a complex property caseload to include residential, commercial conveyancing and regeneration advice. You will need to be familiar with the full remit of local government work to include leases, licences, acquisitions, disposals, rights of way, title issues etc. Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
This is a hybrid working role and will require someone to attend the office 1 to 2 days per week. You must have a current PC in order to be considered for the role.
The pay rate on offer for the role is £35 PAYE or £50 per hour umbrella.
