We are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join the team and help build on the incredible success and achievements of recent years. You will be a part of a professional team that looks after anything from Engineers and Digital/IT to Professional Services and sales teams, and everything in-between.

This is a hybrid role, working out of our East Leake office Monday-Wednesday, and remotely Thursday and Friday.

What we’re looking for:

An experienced engineering recruiter, capable of taking ownership over their own aligned specialism, but dynamic enough to adapt to vacancies in other business areas.

• A proactive recruiter, willing to leave no stone unturned to find the right candidate – if you rely on adverts, and sourcing is left as a last resort, then this role won’t be right for you.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, to offer the right service, and truly partner with your customer.
• An Innovative mindset. We would love to work with you if you are always seeking new solutions and focused on continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail – we are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition being viewed as a profession. We produce excellent marketing material, we capture detail well in systems, and develop and adhere to effective strategies and processes.

What you will be doing:

Partnering with your technical and engineering customers to understand their requirements, in order to source and attract the highest quality talent into Saint-Gobain.

• Proactively attracting talent for both live vacancies, and to build effective pipelines for future opportunities
• Working closely with your recruitment colleagues, to maintain and develop a culture of collaboration and trust. We want our team to be focused on shared success and to uphold the highest shared standards.
• Supporting internal applicants in the recruitment process. Mobility and career development opportunities are vast at Saint-Gobain, and we are proud of what we have to offer, You will support internal applicants, and encourage a flexible approach from your hiring managers.
• Accurately using our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity, the development of CRM capability, and working smart to ensure transparency and ease of use for all system users.
